We can assist industrial and commercial clients with reactive and planned maintenance requirements. All surveys are carried out by experienced building surveyors, often with costs being agreed in advance of works commencing. More often for the commercial client we can develop a planned maintenance structure to accord with client’s annual budgets, with a view to providing short, medium and long term benefits. |
